We are glad to inform you that there is an opening with Shriram Bioseed Genetics for the Regional Sales Manager for Karnataka.
Languages: Fluent in local language Kannada and English.
Regional Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications:-
-Result oriented, team player
-Encouraging to team and staff; able to lead
-Self-motivated and self-directed
-Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
-In-depth understanding of Karnataka Crop markets.
-Flair for Sales role and extensive travelling across geography.
-Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into data-based actions decisions.
-Bachelors degree in science / Agriculture / ABM
-Five to seven years previous work experience in front line sales roles and line management.
-Preferred age below 40 yrs.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
-Proven results of delivering meeting sales and collection goals.
