Agrovision the annual event for farmers commenced it's journey at Nagpur from the year 2007 with the aim of "educate ,encourage and empower farming community" The structure of Agrovision has its uniquenese over the other events organised for farmers through megha exhibition.Agrovision comprises of free workshop on series of useful topics along with the latest technological exhibition through a National expo for farmers ,drylong conferences for entrepreneurs and agri business promotion and specially brainstorming sessions for policy makers.The workshops has proved extremely popular amongst the farming community as they get latest information on wide range of topics including crop cultivation to animal rearing to dairy, poultry, fisheries, sericulture, mushroom cultivation,bee keeping ,fruit , vegetable and flower production as well as the current Govt .Schemes,banking support , industry linkage and marketing avenues within and outside the country.Every year more than 5 lakhs of farmers visit Agrovision and more than 50 thousands farmers attend the workshops,More than 30 workshops on various topics related to Agriculture and allied agriculture sector are organised during these 3 days.
Agrovision every year National Expo at Agrovision is the biggest expo from central India.More than 400 Exhibitors from all over India Participate in this mega expo and display their products and services at their stalls.
With these objectives and 11 years ago, Shri Nitinji Gadkari ,an agri-entrepreuner dreamed to create a platform to change the agriculture scenario and farmers financial condition of Vidarbha.That is how Agrovision, a non -political, social ,non-governmental event was born which later became the biggest movement from Central India to educate, empower,and encourage the farmers of rain fed, drought -prone areas like Vidarbha and make them entrepreneure in agricutural profession.
