Job Title: Buisness Development Executive

Our journey began with a simple idea: to develop organic fertilizers that not only benefit crops but also protect our soil, water, and ecosystems from harmful chemicals.
Position Summary:
1. Developing & implementing sales strategies to promote our agri input products & achieve sales targets.
2. Visit individual stores on a regular basis (B2B).
3. Oversee retail sales & promotion of products & relationship building.
4. Monitor competitive activity.
5. Develop sales territory for future growth.
6. Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
7. Participating in agriculture events and welfare programs, to ensure customer satisfaction.
8.Conducting market research to identify potential customers & develop strategies to attract & retain them.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing & related field
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and business development (B2B Sales).
• Deep understanding about waste management guidelines, policies, EPR rules and compliance
• Excellent communication , negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver organisational goals.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
