*Vacancy in Food Company* *Job Description* – Quality Assurance (QA) Officer / Associate- 1 No. *Job Title:* Quality Assurance (QA) Associate/Executive Department: Quality Assurance Location: Mumbai Reports To: QA Head *Key Responsibilities:* • Prepare documents for FSMS QMS HACCP and company quality system. • Prepare product specification SOPs and country specific documents • Coordinate with sales team for production planning • Label verification • Coordinate with logistics and sales team for material dispatch • Update all documents on Monday.com software • Follow up with 3rd party lab for test reports • Updates all COA’s in customer template and upload on Monday.com software • Prepare documentation for second party audit as per USFDA requirements. • Review labels BMRs and Batch packing records and completeness and accuracy. • Co-ordinate with production team for order dispatch. • Perform line clearance in-process quality assurance and ensure adherence to SOPs. • Assist in investigations of deviations non-conformances and customer complaints. • Maintain documentation as per regulatory and company requirements. • Participate in internal and external audits and help close non-conformities. • Provide training to production staff on SOPs GMP and hygiene practices. • Ensure calibration of instruments and maintenance of quality-related records. *Qualifications & Experience:* • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Technology Microbiology • 1–3 years of experience in QA in a regulated industry (pharma food cosmetics etc.). • Sound knowledge of GMP GLP ISO 9001/22000 HACCP and regulatory requirements. • Proficient in MS Office and documentation practices. *Key Skills*: • Quality Assurance and Control • Documentation and Compliance *Email your resume to:* kranti@greenlaxmi.com
