Details |
We are looking for a hands-on agriculture professional with strong technical knowledge and established relationships in the agricultural market.
The ideal candidate should have:
✅ Strong technical knowledge of Bio-Fertilizers
✅ Thorough understanding of Bio-Stimulants
✅ Good knowledge of Bio-Pesticides & Bio-Fungicides
✅ Practical understanding of soil health, crop nutrition and microbial technologies
✅ Strong knowledge of the agri-input market and regional market dynamics
✅ Established dealer/distributor/FPO connections will be a major advantage
✅ Ability to identify, develop and manage dealers and distributors
✅ Ability to build and lead a strong field team
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Confidence to conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations before FPOs, institutions, government departments/bodies, progressive farmers and channel partners
✅ Willingness to travel extensively across North India and work directly in the field
✅ Strong business development orientation with the ability to convert technical knowledge into market opportunities
