deliberately limited, with seasonal availability
generally ranging from 500 to 1,000
kilograms,
ensuring
exclusivity

traceability. The beans are hand-picked and
sun-dried, and no chemical preservatives or
polishing agents are applied. They are
suitable for dal preparation, curry dishes,
blended protein foods, sprouted applications
and health-oriented culinary use. Under
proper storage in moisture-free conditions,
the beans retain quality for 12 to 18 months.
They are recognised as a high-value plant
protein source with dietary fibre and micronutrient benefits, aligning strongly
with premium slow-food, organic-leaning and sustainable-procurement food
